Every return is handled on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our coffee and we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns. However, we want our customers to be satisfied with their coffee selections and willing to resolve problems as they occur. If you have any issues with your coffee or errors in your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. At OKBF, we will do our best to ensure that you remain a satisfied customer.

Ok, But First… Merch
We want all our customers who purchase our Ok, But First… Merch, to be completely satisfied. For all returns and exchanges, please reach out to us within 30 days after your purchase date. Please email us, the order #, your name, items, and reason for return/exchange.
All returned OKBF merchandise must be unused and with all packaging contents (e.g., tags). Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of product. Please note, at this time we cannot absorb the refunding original shipping (if applicable) or return shipping costs. However, we will cover the return shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
